It was gorgeous!! The host was very nice and responsive. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the geese come in and land on the water. It was super quiet and we loved it. We will definitely be booking this beautiful home for next year.
Beautiful site on a kayak-able river, 30 minutes from Assateague Beach. The house was spacious and clean, and utterly private. Host very responsive. We intend to return. Thanks Annette for a great stay.
Absolutely stunning cozy abode in the quiet wood of the eastern shore. Host is responsive and the property has everything you’ll ever need. Clean, quaint, and beautiful. The hot tub was a highlight of our trip. Eating out at Four Seasons is a must in the Snow Hill area. They told us that they deliver out to us as well, but we chose pickup.
This cabin was lucky find for us. We needed to pivot away from a camping trip because of all the rain and couldn't have been happier. There aren't a lot of reviews because this appears to be a new listing, but don't let it deter you. The cabin is gorgeous and the property around it is lovely. It's located right on the water with a huge porch overlooking the back yard. We spent the mornings chatting on the porch and listening to the rain. And when the weather cleared were able to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen was spotless, along with the rest of the house, and the host is friendly and responsive. We hope to come back soon.

Thank you for the wonderful review, Josh. We are glad you were able to enjoy your weekend even with the rain! The porch is a lovely place to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Please do come back to visit again soon!
An Absolute Gem — Rustic Elegance, Magical Setting, and Total Serenity! What an extraordinary place! We just spent three unforgettable nights in this gorgeous cabin, and we loved every single minute. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its charm, beauty, and incredible attention to detail. The rustic, old-world wooden architecture gives it so much character, yet the interior is beautifully decorated, elegant, and wonderfully cozy. It's the perfect blend of rustic charm and refined comfort! The setting is simply magical. Gorgeous trees, a lovely creek, and an inviting outdoor porch create an atmosphere of absolute tranquility. And the privacy? Unbelievable! We felt completely tucked away from the world, surrounded by nature, peace, and quiet. Some of our favorite moments were soaking in the hot tub at night, surrounded by illuminated trees with the creek in the background. Absolutely magical! And being able to easily launch our kayaks and paddle along the creek was another unforgettable highlight. We loved spending time on the porch, taking in the scenery, listening to nature, and simply enjoying the stillness. The owner was equally wonderful—attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We've stayed in many beautiful vacation homes over the years, but this lovely cabin truly stands out. It's one of those rare places where you arrive excited and leave wishing you could stay more days. We will be back!

Thank you Jorge, for your lovely review! The cabin truly is a special place and I am so glad you both got to enjoy it.
We look forward to hosting you again soon; until then safe travels!
This cabin is in a lovely setting right on the river. It’s comfortable with all the necessary conveniences, including a well-equipped kitchen. It’s only about a five-minute drive to Snow Hill, where there are food stores and restaurants, etc. But it feels very private since it’s set off by itself down a mile-long driveway in a rural area. You can’t see any other buildings. At night, if you walk up the driveway about a half a mile (away from the house lights), you can do some stargazing since there’s almost no light pollution. We also enjoyed taking the kayaks up the Nassawango River. We did not see another soul, only osprey, bald eagles, and other birds -- easy paddling and quite beautiful and peaceful. If you want to venture further, Assateague State Park is only a 35-minute drive. The host, Annette, communicated with us quickly and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend.
The photos simply do not do this place justice. You really have to be there to truly feel and see the beauty of it all! A perfect remote cabin for friends, family, or even a romantic weekend. Highly suggest coming down and seeing it for yourself.
Absolutely wonderful. The cabin, the serene water views, the bald cypress, the tall pine woods, the wildlife, and my gracious host, Annette, all made this a peaceful and enchanting stay. I stayed for three days, and the cabin was spotless, air‑conditioned, and beautifully updated with all modern conveniences. Picture‑perfect. The grounds are lovely as well, with flowers, shrubs, and thoughtfully lit outside areas—even sections of the woods glow at night. Truly a gem. I will return.
