Once a horse farm, this legacy property holds one of Maryland’s oldest deeds—peaceful, rich in history, and just minutes from Ocean City.
4x4 at times may be necessary to access.

All parts of the main house are accessible with the exception of the closet under the stairs and the storage crawl spaces in the loft and the upstairs bedroom (4 crawl spaces).
