Boasts 2 living areas with FUN game room(AIR HOCKEY, DARTS, POKER, PUTT PUTT). In addition to large kitchen has separate kitchenette with coffee/wet bar. Large dinning area. The serene atmosphere invites you to relax after a day of exploring or simply enjoy quiet moments indoors. Whether you’re gathering for meals or curling up with a book, this cottage feels like a home away from home. Just steps from playground with playscape, Bball/tennis and Bocci courts. 10 minute drive from boardwalk lined with shops and restaurants. Great for groups or 2 families vacationing together. Home is extraordinarily appointed. Kitchen has everything you could need. Outside space is very nice and well done. Plenty of space. Highly recommend.

Our holiday weekend ended up being indoors due to poor weather, but our 20 month old was still able to run around the spacious property and have a great time. The host is tremendously accommodating with ample towels, well equipped kitchen, comfortable mattresses, and a game room. We were able to communicate specific needs for our sudden booking, and again, John responded quickly and graciously met them. Despite 3 hours of sunlight on our 3 day 2 night stay, we had a great time. The lobster stuffy was a particular highlight for our son! We hope to book again for another quick weekend getaway this summer!

Hi! My family and I live in Wethersfield CT. We have 2 young children and a 3rd on the way! We love spending our summer down in Niantic just like my wife did as a child with her family. We can’t wait to share this same experience with you!

Why they chose this property

My wife and her family grew up traveling to this community every summer to enjoy the welcoming community, lovely beach and fun downtown area. We decided to buy in this neighborhood in the house her family owned years ago so our children could enjoy a similar experience. We would love to share it all with you and your family as well. Please reach out with any questions to help you enjoy your stay in Giants Neck Heights as much as our family does.

What makes this property unique

We bought the very same home my wife and her family owned and she grew up spending her summers. We recently did a full scare update/remodel while keeping some of the same charm her grandfather helped build. You’ll notice the charming original stone front steps and fire place as well as the brand kitchen, 4 baths, flooring, fresh paint, newly paved driveways and back patio to enjoy the summer days and nights. Only a short walk to a community play ground and beach it is the perfect place to bring your family in summed just like my Wife's family did and we do today.
