Yes the Town has chosen to charge for all downtown parking. I always suggest my guests park in church lot on the corner for only $5 per day.

Very nicely appointed, clean, quiet, comfortable casita close to the Plaza. Beautiful little garden courtyard perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Sufficient kitchenette for those preparing convenience foods, which was perfect for us. Tiny sink in the bathroom was a bit challenging but workable. Overall, very nice place to stay and we would stay again.

The house was beautiful, artfully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Our host communicated very quickly when we needed anything. The location is great, walkable to everything, and it was pet friendly!

We had a fabulous time. Enjoyed being able to relax and bring the puppy. The location to the plaza was wonderful and enjoyed the ability to walk everywhere we wanted or needed to. Melissa was very personable and easy to get ahold of. We had everything we needed to feel at home and comfortable.

This spot is soooo cute and cozy! The thick adobe walls guarantee you a very quiet stay and the decor feels really genuine and is very fun and homey. The location is outstanding, an easy walk to Kit Carson, and an even easier walk to fun spots like The Alley Cantina!
