This condo is complete luxury and convenience. The Slopeside Zephyr building is the ONLY truly ski-in, ski-out Winter Park building. Don't be fooled by claims of ski-in, ski-out. Grab your skis from your personal ski locker, walk out the door and ski steps to the lift...no walking across the plaza.

You can ski to your door at lunchtime then back out at your leisure. Or ski in earlier than the rest of your party at the end of the day. Then relax in one of the hot tubs outside your door while enjoying the skiers going by.

The fully furnished kitchen is perfect for whipping up apres ski dinners and includes china and crystal, blender, crockpot, wok, 4 slice toaster. Keurig & drip coffeemaker & grinder in room.

This 1 Bedroom condo includes a queen bed plus a queen sofa sleeper in living room, HD flat screen TVs, gas fireplace, heated parking garage, fitness room, free wireless internet and complimentary daily newspapers.

The village just below your balcony has everything within walking distance. Walk downstairs to Starbucks, bistros, pubs, grocery, mercantile, shops, rentals, skating pond, and cabriolet to the tubing hill. No need for a car.

I purchased my mountain home before it was built. I want you enjoy to your stay as much as we enjoy it and hope to make this your best vacation ever!

Warning to anyone looking to book this property. The host left us stranded. We received detailed check-in instructions and a note that we would receive a code for the lockbox with keys to the condo. This code was NOT sent by the host, even after trying to contact the host via phone, iMessage, VRBO chat, VRBO customer service and the HOA of the property. I do want to thank VRBO customer service for putting us up in a hotel for the evening and processing the refund efficiently.

Step right out the door and onto the slopes!

We enjoyed our stay! The location can not be beat. We appreciated the convenience of the ski locker and it’s great to ski right to the door after a full day on the mountain. We also enjoyed being right in the village for apres-ski. We didn’t move our car during our entire stay!

Great Slopeside Condo

We had a wonderful time at this great ski in- ski out condo in Winter Park. Right next to the slopes; exactly as represented. The owner was the nicest and most helpful I've come across in the rental world--she went above and beyond to make our stay easy and convenient. I highly recommend!

Great Place and Location

The best location at Winter Park - Ski down to the Gondola and come back for lunch. Ski lockers for all your gear and covered parking. What more could you want! Easy check-in and check-out. Great communication from Chris. I am going to book my reservation for next year!

Christine always has such a beautiful condo with kitchen accessories and comfy furniture so you can hang in the room after a day on the slopes and make dinner in room if you like. Beautiful balcony to sit on as well. I’ve stayed 4 or 5 times now here and I come back every year! Amazing location and the mountain is right there! So lucky to have found such a gem.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay here. It really is ski in/ski out but you can also take a short walk to the gondola/ski lifts, rentals, ski school and a few restaurants and bars. The balcony looks down on Lime restaurant and bar. The condo was cute and clean. There were lots of hooks and cubbies to organize all of our ski gear and using the ski locker downstairs was awesome.

This was a great location on the mountain for my family! 2 teens stayed on the large pull out sofa and we stayed in the very comfy bedroom. Some highlights: - All necessary items to make convenient meals were available in the good-sized kitchen. - Ski locker on 2nd floor was so convenient - Check-in/check-out was super efficient and Chris was exceptionally easy to work with and communicative - So easy to get to restaurants, bars, and stores. Literally steps away - The property was clean and tidy It’s a good choice for Winter Park!

Cannot ski to condo door

There is a lot of walking in the hallways to get to the condo. You can ski to the building but the condo is down two halls. It is a quaint condo and very well stocked with a great view.

Great ski trip!

Location, location, location! This condo is just steps from the slopes, the ski rental facility, shops, starbucks, and several restaurants. Because it is an end unit, it’s very quiet. One reviewer mentioned the long hallways (which really aren’t that bad) but that’s also to get to the elevator. The steps are VERY close; so you can be in the village in just a few steps over and 2 flights down … very fast. As many others mentioned, the host is very responsive and very accommodating! Overall, a very memorable visit!

Perfect location for skiers!!

I almost don’t want to say how fantastic this place was because I want to keep it all to myself. This is absolutely the best place to stay in Winter Park if your goal is to ski as much as possible. Condo is on 3rd floor, ski lockers are on 2nd floor and exit *directly* on to the snow. You ski down to the gondola (no carting your stuff all around the base) and at the end of the day you can ski right back down to the ski lockers. The host, Chris, is friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfy and lots of thoughtful details in the condo (a hook for every piece of ski clothing, built in hair dryer, rain shower head, magnifying make up mirror) that made it a great place to stay. Everything you need for cooking and right in the village if you want to dine out. We will definitely stay here again!!

A truly spectacular ski in and ski out!

What a wonderful stay at this Wi term Park condo! It has everything you need! From a true ski in and ski out to being in an awesome part of the village, this condo is in the perfect setting! Just steps away from many delicious restaurants (including a Starbucks one of my favorites), this condo is in the center of it all! It has a beautiful balcony, it’s very clean, it has all the kitchen utensils you might need, etc. Hot tubs and exercise room just a short walk away! The skiing is exciting and fresh and great fun for all ski levels! There is something for everyone here!!! Another plus is.I walked right past a momma moose and her baby in the village!!! Totally amazing experience all the way around! The host was the absolute best reaching out to us before our trip and being readily available during our trip to answer any questions or offer information. Ten out of ten trip and place!!! We will be back!!! Thank you!!!

Property location was perfect, right at the base of the mountain. Condo has everything you need, plenty of space and property owner put a lot of thought into accommodations. Property owners responded quickly and were very friendly.

My friends and family have many lifelong memories staying in this condo. We talk about all the fun we've had skiing, snowshoeing, sleigh riding, shopping, white water rafting, hiking, mountain biking and just relaxing while reading, watching movies where it is so convenient to everything.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this condo new years before it was built. We skied all over Colorado and other areas and we kept coming back to Winter Park because it had the best snow, ski schools, and all terrain ski trails. The Village was perfectly planned to not be commercialized but offer all the conveniences and amenities which make a perfect vacation.

What makes this property unique

You don't even need a car here! Everything you could possibly want is only steps away. And there is a complementary shuttle provided if you want to venture into town. This is the only ski area that the Amtrak comes directly to the ski area. Taking the Amtrak is like traveling back in time on a romantic experience.
