Smoking Rule
Please note that smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas of the property, such as the patio and open areas. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa to ensure the comfort and well-being of all guests. Thank you for your understanding!


Parking Rule
To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend parking in the garage of the property. If for any reason you need to park outside the house, please make sure to park in an appropriate spot in front of the home. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining order and security in the area.

No Parties or Events
Please note that parties or any type of large gatherings are strictly not allowed on the property. If a party is held, an additional fee will be charged to cover extra cleaning and potential damages. We kindly ask that you respect this rule to help us maintain a safe and peaceful environment for all guests.

Important Notice

The property does not currently have a power generator or a water cistern. In the event of an outage, we kindly ask that you plan accordingly, as there is no alternative supply at this time. However, we are working on adding these features in the future to provide greater comfort to our guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Here’s what’s included:
