Sehr schöne Wohnung, gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. KĂŒche voll ausgestattet. Sehr gute Lage, nahe Edeka, Strand ĂŒber die Straße, Restaurants in der nĂ€heren Umgebung, Zentrum und Kurpark gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle gleich an der Straße. Super auch der abschließbare Fahrradschuppen. Nicht so schön ist das wirklich sehr kleine Bad.

Das Appartement ist echt mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das GebĂ€ude ist zwar schon Ă€lter, aber die Einrichtung wirkt neuwertig. Mit Ausnahme der Dusche. Direkt neben einem Edeka-Markt gelegen, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Leider muß das KFZ auf einer Waldwiese abgestellt werden und ist nach 1 Woche extrem dreckig und verklebt. Die TĂŒrsensorik war dadurch nicht mehr nutzbar. Bad und Flur sind sehr beengt, auch der Kleiderschrank ist schwer zugĂ€nglich, daher nicht fĂŒr mehr als 2 schlanke Personen geeignet. GrundsĂ€tzlich aber eine gute Grundrissaufteilung. Bett super, sogar mit hochstellbarem Kopfteil.

Die Goosbrink Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Meine Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der zusĂ€tzliche Abstellraum fĂŒr FahrrĂ€der oder andere Sachen ist sehr gut. Leider gibt es nicht die vollen Sterne, da in dieser Wohnung kein WLAN vorhanden war, was in dieser heutigen Zeit ein No-Go ist, zwecks Arbeit, Kinder etc. Ansonsten kann man die Wohnung und die Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Nordic nur weiterempfehlen.
