Great house, beautiful home and the area is very quiet and comfortable. The house itself is Really clean and updated/newly renovated floor to ceiling. Easy communication with host, instant responses. Beds, bedding, kitchenware, all clean and new. One thing, we arrived late and there aren’t any signs in the middle of the street (they’re only on the corners and very small) I wasn’t made aware of the no overnight parking rules and availability of garage until I messaged the host after receiving a 75 parking ticket. I guess it’s a Chicago/Illinois thing. Were from California where parking in a suburban neighborhood is common and you can park on the street in front of a house like normal. We really enjoyed the stay! Convenient 20 mins from the city (50 with traffic), beautiful neighborhood, clean and updated house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Clean, well stocked kitchen, spacious and easy access. We came for a getaway with friends and as plans changed (reduced down and no car) we were easily able to adjust due to the proximity to downtown area (food/dining) night we arrived is easy walk, public transportation easy access and frequent trains to downtown and also very accessible uber/lyft rides when public transport was too lengthy. We cooked in, went out for long days and returned to the peaceful Brookfield neighborhood at night, very late on some occasions and was always easy, safe and quick getting in from the city. Thank you for the accommodations. Small opportunity in advance communication for check in and departure, but everything worked out well.

Adorable home! Great neighborhood! Owner is so nice and very responsive! Short drive into the city - or if public transit is your thing - this house is very close to a station - but not so close you can hear trains running from inside. Will definitely stay again when back in Chicago! Definitely recommend!

Lovely remodeled home that suited our needs with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. There were 3 adults and 2 kids staying here with some adults working remote during the day. The upstairs/ downstairs floor plan was a big plus! This location is super close to a cute downtown area with restaurants and coffee. And the grocery store is only a mile or two away which was also very convenient. The host was super responsive and helpful. Great home!
