Great place!

Very clean property. Only downside was not being able to use the boat lift, other than that was great. Very clean and lots of little touches that made it feel welcoming.

Thank you, much appreciated. We never allow boat lift usage due to too many damages in the past owners had to pay for. Dock usage is possible, though.

Great for boaters

Home and property well kept ant clean, bathroom and shower need some up grading, understandable after Ian!! Very comfortable. Bath rooms were only complaint, rented again for a month in 2025

Wonderful Villa

The house is really very nice and big. For 4 people it was more than sufficient. The pool was used by us much and with pleasure. The kitchen has everything you need. After a short drive there are many supermarkets available, also restaurants, as well as some that you can reach on foot. The house is located in a very quiet area, perfect to relax. We would book the villa again if we come to Cape Coral again.

Everything was wonderfull, when we had a slight issue, the communication wasquick and completed.

The only partial negative is that the house was advertised as a 2 car garage and it was. However, there was a car parked inside and wasnoe side was not usable. It didnot rain so we parked our two cars outside. We would stay here agin. And the price was reasonable.
