Lucas Oil Stadium - Modern Downtown Escape

Welcome to our stylish 2 bedroom/2 bath home with modern amenities, furnishings, and so much more. Located in the up-and-coming Old Southside neighborhood just minutes from Lucas Oil Stadium, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, and all the amazing Downtown Indy restaurants, bars, and entertainment!

The space
Our space includes:
- Bedroom 1: King size bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen size bed
- Bathroom 1: Full size with walk in shower, double sinks, attached to the master bedroom (Bedroom 1)
- Bathroom 2: Full size with tub shower attached to Bedroom 2
- Smart TVs, full kitchen w/ dining table and chairs, and stackable washer & dryer stocked with laundry supplies for your use. Baby Graco pack-and-play, and counter-attachable high chairs.

There is a backyard with a large grassy area. The yard is not fenced.

We are minutes from Lucas Oil Stadium and Downtown Indianapolis, Massachusetts Avenue, and Fountain Square. A 15-minute drive to Broad Ripple and 25 minute drive to the North suburbs.

Note: No guest access to the unfinished basement or crawl space

Free street parking in front of the house.
There is a keypad on the front door that you will be granted access to. There are some stairs from the street to access the house, but once inside, there are no stairs.

Other things to note
Old Southside is an up and coming neighborhood. It has seen a revitalization of renovations in the past few years and has been a popular location for the HGTV show “Good Bones”. The neighborhood is very safe and many of our neighbors are long-time residents.

Neighborhood highlights
Old Southside is a diverse, historic neighborhood that is one of the oldest in the city. The neighborhood continues to see major renovations and investments from the city as its convenience to I-70 and all this beautiful city has to offer. Kelly Park, a wonderful park with a well-designed children’s playground and basketball courts, is right around the corner.

Open unrestricted street parking in front of the house for those driving.
