Why they chose this property

This is my parent's home. They bought it because it is an amazing location in North Carlsbad. I am managing it as a short term rental while they are overseas on a mission for their church.

What makes this property unique

This property is over 100 years old and was moved to its current location sometime in the early 20th century before additions were made. It has a very old turn of the century aesthetic while being updated with modern appliances and convenience.
