This 3 bed 2 bath courtyard villa in the boutique neighborhood of Antrim Dells offers an extended lanai/patio area perfect for entertaining friends and family and is situated opposite the adult pool. Antrim Dells is located next to Brownwood Paddock Square, only a 3 minute golf cart ride away, offering live entertainment and a happy hour every night.

The villa open floor plan provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy the home. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric range, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, large sink with a garbage disposal, dishwasher, crock pot, food processor, coffee machine, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, and all the kitchen tools/utensils you need to make fabulous meals.

The living room features a large flat screen TV, comfortable seating and access to the extended patio/lanai area. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large walk in closet and TV while the master bath features a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and TV with bathtub/shower combination. both of which, can be closed off from the living area to create a private guest suite. The third bedroom features a queen bed and closet.

A 2-Seater Yamaha Gas golf cart, with 24/7 breakdown assistance is also included. (with waiver signed)
