Everything was exactly as advertised and we were impressed with the openess and modern, yet rustic tones throughout the house. The host was extremely responsive and even brought an item by that we forgot at home to ensure our stay was flawless. Loved that they even had games and coloring books for the kids tucked away for their enjoyment. Will definitely rebook when we come back into town!

The house is almost brand new inside and out and in perfect condition.People in this town are incredibly friendly and kind. The hikes and outdoor activities in the area are great and we enjoyed our stay very much!

It looked small on the outside, but it was so big on the inside. My dogs loved it there. It was very roomy for the 6 of us and our dogs. They loved running around outside. We loved seeing the deer in the morning.

Pictures don't do the house justice! It is incredibly spacious & flawlessly furnished. The host/hostess has thought of absolutely everything as far as we could tell! We will happily return the next time we are in town.

When you come up to the house it looks plain looking, but when you walk in you are blown away. So spacious, and yet it is so cozy. Great decide and large kitchen.

We had such a great time. Wendy was great she answered my call every time and was an Amazing host. We truly appreciated the peacefulness of the 10 acres of property. We had our two children aged 7 and 3 and they had such a great time. They 100% enjoyed the outdoors and they were even able to watch several deer as they grazed multiple times on the property. Not once did either of them want their tablets or any of their electronics. They loved riding their electric 4wheelers as they explored the outdoors. They slept so peacefully each night. Well all did! The home is Absolutely gorgeous everyone, including my 75yr old mom sleeped great. Each bedroom is set up nicely and the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the openness of the home, everything flowed so nicely. The open floor plan really made it nice to socialize and host when our family came to visit us. We enjoyed the day inside and out. We also really appreciated all of the windows, we could see everything and the natural light was amazing. Overall we couldn't have asked for better. Our vacation was an amazing and memorable one and we truly appreciated our time there. Thank you Wendy and John You were definitely super host's. Your home was beautiful and inviting and we truly appreciated our stay there!! We will definitely be returning for our next TN vacation. Sincerely, Kim, Dennis and the Collier family
