We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, comfortable, and a great place to enjoy with friends. The host was friendly, responsive, and communicated with us throughout our stay. The only minor challenge was that parking nearby could be limited during the day and early evening, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. We would happily stay here again!

I will be back every single time. Literally so beautiful, I’ve never been so upset to leave a rental. Very European, tall ceilings. David was very responsive and helped with every request. Actual luxury, close to everything you need for just a few nights away. I literally have no complaints. 10/10

We chose this property with some trepidation, as it seemed almost too good to be true. The pictures showed a stylish, spacious place and the price was not much more than a modest, value-type hotel room. Took time to call a business nearby to better understand the locale and that made me feel better, but we were going to be there for two weeks ... and what if it didn't measure up? Well, it MORE than measured up. Fabulous space. Practically new. Very clean and very comfortable. The host is terrific ... very responsive and helpful. There are several restaurants and bars in the area, and festive music was playing while they were open, but that wasn't a setback for us (we were up until 10:30-11:30 anyway). A single car made its way through the street about 6:30 most mornings with a stereo that would wake up Helen Keller! Saturday nights we enjoyed the festivities at the "plaza" just two blocks away: live music, dancing, several food and drink options. The only downside (fairly minor, really) was the parking. It's not reserved, so you park on the street in metered spaces wherever you can find it. About half of the days i was within a block; other times 2-4 blocks. Meters can be fed with an easy-to-use phone app at 2 for (I think) 3 hrs but on wknds and after 6:00 p.m. (?) it's free. Could not recommend this more highly. Book it!! We went to a taco place around the corner: fabulous food. Its worth noting that, at the time we booked, the location wasn't correct on the map.

The home is beautiful, cozy, elegant, modern and comfortable! A/C works great, ceiling fans, great hot water in the shower and beds are comfortable. Location is great. You can walk to the Plaza and on weekends the town has activities and music. Great restaurants, close to San Juan airport and other attractions. Thank you David for your hospitality and beautiful home!
