GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home. Long-term stays up to 90 days are allowed.

✹ PARKING: Free on-site parking is available. Two space available only. No overnight parking on street.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home. A portable folded work desk table is available for use.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n Play travel crib and Highchair.

✹ PETS: Pets allowed up to two dogs only. Pet fee is $150 per stay. Service animals welcomed at no charge.

✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: You will have access to all the community amenities including the pool, fishing pier and children`s playground.
