Large, light and cozy upstairs studio apt with separate small space with door, perfect for a child or night owls :-).
Located at the tiptop of the island with gorgeous starry nights and the sound of ocean waves to soothe you. Adjacent to conservation land and steps from the ocean. Efficiency kitchen with appliances (no oven), Full bath with tub and shower.
Television but no cable. Wireless internet.

Ferry from Portland approx every hour @ 20 minute ride. Please check rates for passengers and cars at Casco Bay Ferry. Taxi on island, bike and golf cart rentals available. Large and well stocked grocery store open 7 days a week. In season restaurants. Public beaches. Tennis and pickleball courts with short term club membership.
Island life is quiet and laid back with little traffic and lots of lovely oceanside and woods walking opportunities. Close to all that Portland has to offer, restaurants, museums and shops.
