Spacious home 2 blocks from the water

3 bedroom 2 bath home, 2 blocks away from the water. Large fenced in home with a gate making it very private. Secure boat parking. Awesome outdoor seating area to soak up the cool breeze on those hot summer days. Fully stocked kitchen to cook meals, washer and dryer to wash those sandy swimsuits, soaker tub to relax after a long day at the beach. Tvs in all the bedrooms allowing for everyone to have their own space to unwind at the end of the day.

This property does require a few stairs to get in.
