The sauna and hot tub were amazing and the space was epic. That said, the balcony and kitchen were dirty when we arrived, the upstairs refrigerator didnt work and the main red flag was that i tried communicating about the refrigerator several times throughout the weekend and only heard back after the trip was over.Overall beautiful place but was disappointed by the poor communication

Great house and location
We had a really good time. The house is out of the way of all the congestion but close enough to get to there center of town in 10-15 minutes. The layout was excellent - huge kitchen and dining area. The pool room downstairs along with the hot tub was the best
Great house with plenty of space and good location. Would suggest a refresh of kitchen items such as coffee pot. Also update main room TV to a smart TV as nothing was able to be connected. Would stay here again though for sure.

Beautiful Big Home
The place was spacious and clean! For TV they only have Netflix. Would be nice to have other streaming platforms.
The house had everything we needed and nothing extra.
There are a few things that needed updating. ex: The blinds in the master need replacing.
Overall good house to stay at in Tahoe
Our group had the most wonderful stay at this South Lake Tahoe property! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt instantly welcoming. Every room was cozy, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy for everyone to feel comfortable. We especially enjoyed barbecuing on the patio (thankfully not a fire risk season) and gathering in the beautiful kitchen and living room. The billiards table downstairs added extra fun for our group, and there was plenty of space for all the food and activities we planned. All bedrooms were spacious, tidy, and comfortable. The property felt private and peaceful while still being conveniently close to downtown. The casino strip was just a quick 10-minute drive, making it easy to go back and forth between the property and nearby activities. The surrounding area was quiet and relaxing, yet the location gave us the flexibility to enjoy both nature and entertainment. The property manager was also very responsive and attentive to our needs, which made our stay smooth and stress-free.We made sure to respect the property by tidying up before leaving, as a small way of showing our appreciation for such a nice place. Overall, this is a cozy and beautiful home that we would absolutely stay at again if given the chance!

Perfect, Spacious & Clean
This house was perfect for our large group of 12. We were out early to Heavenly and back for cocktails and dinner every night. The kitchen was well appointed which worked great for our amateur chef. We would have liked to use the gas grill on the upper deck, but it was not accessible due to snow and deck not cleared. The house also needs some minor TLC, i.e. blinds in master bedroom missing vertical louvers. Otherwise, phenomenal property with close proximity to the resort, stores, etc. Loved it!!!

Vacasa nightmare
The house fell just short of expectations, but the real headache was dealing with the property manager, Vacasa.Pros: great location, good layout and amount of space for 3 families (5 kids). Design/finishes/decor are mostly updated.Cons: Kitchen is not well equipped for cooking family meals (take-out would be ok) - lacks essential cookware and utensils. Biggest issue: Informed on the night of our arrival that the hot tub (a key amenity that we used in our house search) was not working; it took me 48 hours and me reaching out to them multiple times, including a phone call, to find out that we would get a nominal refund. Another 24 hours of follow-up later, I still haven’t been able to talk to anyone, but through text I understand that they will not budge on the refund amount. I will be staying away from this house, and all other Vacasa properties, primarily due to the terrible customer service.
