The Space:

This beautifully renovated, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo features stunning ocean views. Wood flooring spans the property with tile flooring in the recently renovated bathroom. The living area is comfortably furnished with a new sleeper sofa, a dining table and chairs, flat screen TV, free WiFi, and access to the private balcony with ocean views. The kitchen features stainless appliances and granite countertops.



The bedroom features a brand new queen mattress, and there are additional built-in bunk beds in the hallway. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination. After a day of exploring the island, relax in front of the electric fireplace.



Please note, there is no washer/dryer in the villa; there are coin-operated facilities located onsite. At Hilton Head Beach & Tennis, you can enjoy the beach, the complex pool, tennis courts, and several dining options! Bike trails are right outside the gate, and lead to many of the other sites that the island has to offer.

Such and amazing place to bring the whole family. The property was amazing and offered lots to do for all ages, beach access was easy, and it was so nice to have a place to grab food and a beverage right by the ocean. Would def stay again!

Always enjoy staying on this property. Close proximity to the beach. Large pool. Great views. Needs a trash chute and upgraded workout facility. Enjoyed our stay!

The only complaint I have is not enough dishes and a blender would be nice. Everything else was just as described. Would definitely stay again I would just make sure I brought more kitchen stuff with me.
