We booked a last-minute trip to Panama City was looking for a place we came across this and we were not disappointed. Room was very clean. Awesome beach view. Our family enjoyed it very much. Will be staying here in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable, clean condo. The beach chairs included was a great bonus! The living room sliding door is very stubborn to open so we had to use the bedroom balcony doors. Not a big deal but something to note as a heads up.

Sadly very disappointed with our stay. Several things I think are important to point out:1) the room says it comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella through the resort. For one, this is first come first serve so the first day we were able to get a spot. For two, people who bring their own chairs, umbrellas and tents are allowed to set up directly in front of the resort chairs and umbrellas. This included a large family that had 10 chairs and 5 umbrellas all grouped together so we couldn’t even see in front of us. I have never gone to a resort that allowed outside chairs or umbrellas to be placed IN FRONT OF THE RESORT CHAIRS. This completely blocked our view or small direct ocean access. By our second day we went and bought our own chairs so that we wouldn’t have people sitting directly in front of us.2) hot water runs out VERY quickly. Only one person could get hot water in shower before it ran out. 3) sliding glass door from living room was broken - would not slide open/would not lock. A huge safety issue with small children. 4) be aware that the splash pad is FREEZING and completely shaded. No children got in it the entire time we were there. Pools were very small and so crowded because of this. 5) the walk from parking to the actual resort is not ideal for small children AT ALL. 6) only 2 elevators so plan to wait long times or take stairs (again not ideal for kids)Overall it was not ideal for kids although that is the target demographic.

Everything was nice with condo. Few issues I reported that need to be fixed for future stays. The only problem with staying here is the elevators. They have 4 but still not enough for the number of people who stay here
