Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 3-bedroom villa on Bald Head Island. An open floor plan provides sweeping views of the ocean from the kitchen and living room. The adjoining porch is the ideal place to watch the sunset over the ocean as the villa faces the sunset.

One master bedroom also has views of the ocean and both masters have king beds. The upstairs loft has 2 built in twins with a convenient half bath. For extra sleeping space, the sofa in the living room folds out to a full size bed.

BHI club access:
This ideal location allows you to easily walk to the BHI club where you can enjoy full club membership, including multiple pools, golf course, pickleball/tennis and club restaurants with guest fee. Please contact https://www.bhiclub.net/web/pages/guest-passes
We do not control club rates or availabilty. It is expected that the club memberships will sell out for summer dates and holidays, so we do encourage you to make arrangements with the clubs as soon as possible.

The villa comes with 2 golf carts, beach chairs, umbrella and towels included. Convenient outdoor shower and washer/dryer downstairs. All you have to do is bring your flip flops and bathing suit!

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The house was perfect for our family. It was very clean and we enjoyed all of the little touches to make our trip easier (beach towels, chairs, bikes, and 2 golf carts). The house was well stocked and communication was great. Would love to rent again!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen and 1 tween) loved staying in this well appointed and well located beach house. Both of the downstairs bedrooms have cozy king beds, the upstairs loft was great for our son. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen, sipping morning cuppas on the deck overlooking the water (can be busy traffic in season but we didn't mind), cruising on the bikes and golf carts, swimming at the BHI club next door, and walking to park it on the beach. This home is well cared for and a gem of a spot for easy beach access. We appreciated our host's fast communication, warmth in helping us plan and very thoughtful welcome. We'll be back!

We had an amazing stay at this well appointed beach view property. The hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. Location could not be beat, a quick 2 min golf cart ride to the beach access or 5 min walk. The home was well appointed and well stocked compared to many places we have rented in the past. Incredibly thoughtful touches like toiletries in the bathrooms, extra toilet paper and paper towels, and note on arrival. The hosts made it very easy on guests providing access to multiple beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, and more which made travel to BHI much less stressful. 10/10 we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property!

Hello! We are a group of four friends who have been visiting Bald Head Island for years, and over time we completely fell in love with both the island and this villa’s location. When the opportunity came along, we knew it was the right moment to make it our own.

We recently purchased Villa 46 on March 20, 2026, and we’re so excited to begin hosting guests. We hope everyone who stays here enjoys Bald Head Island as much as we do and creates wonderful memories during their visit.
