In all of my family's vacation stays, this is the first time that I can say that the pictures truly don't do the place justice. It is beautiful! The owner clearly has a flair for decorating. In addition, she has gone above and beyond with cabinets labeled with contents and a well-stocked kitchen (stainless cookware, ceramic baking/microwave dishes, cooking utensils). We found extra pillows and blankets (in labeled closets!). The area was quiet and felt quite safe. Larisa's place will definitely be the first we look for the next time we visit family in Louisville.

Why they chose this property

We love how rural the area feels without it being far from everything. It’s quiet and peaceful out here. And it’s only 15 minutes from all of the fun chaos!

What makes this property unique

One of our favorite parts of this property is the interior renovation. All of the furniture has been hand-painted by us, our beautiful chandeliers, the Renaissance wallpaper and drapes, and to top it off our outdoor patio, where you can sit and watch the fireflies.
