Welcome to the Gulf of America! This 2 Bed /2 Bath condo is on the sugar fine sand beaches of Alabama’s Emerald Coast. This Phoenix X Property has Tennis and Pickle Ball courts, 1 swimming pool outside and 1 swimming pool with 2 hot tubs inside. Covered parking is provided with a $70 Parking Pass that can be purchased at the front desk. This property is right next to the World Famous Flora- Bama. There are 3 restaurants across the street and a Liquor Store. The is about 1100 square feet and each bedroom has an on suite bath. The balcony over looks the beach and Gulf of America. Linens will be provided along with 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. A cleaning fee of $250 is standard.This property was recently renovate and has stainless steel appliances.
