About this property

Sea Ranch 3BR oceanfront home with hot tub overlooking Black Point

Summary:

Waves crash onto Black Point below this oceanfront Sea Ranch home, where a marble cook's kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, and an expansive deck put the Pacific in every sightline. Three bedrooms — including a king primary with its own deck — sleep 6. Black Point trails are three minutes by car.

The Space:

Black Point's waves are the backdrop from the Webb House's expansive deck and upstairs sitting room — a marble cook's kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, and Jacuzzi tubs in two baths round out an oceanfront layout built for multiple couples. Three bedrooms sleep 6.

Upstairs, there's a second floor sitting room/office area and spectacular views from almost everywhere in the house. This spacious home is a great getaway for multiple couples.

The main suite features a king bed, fireplace, and a deck. The attached bathroom is huge and contains a Jacuzzi tub plus a separate shower. On the opposite side of the house are two other large rooms, one with a queen bed, that share a large bathroom which includes a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is another bedroom downstairs with a California king, ocean views, and an adjacent bathroom. Up to six guests can stay here comfortably.

Downstairs, the living room/dining room is open onto an expansive deck with an unobstructed view of the waves crashing onto Black Point.

BLACK POINT AND THE BLUFF

Pebble Beach access trail and the south community pool sit two minutes by car. The primary king suite carries its own fireplace, deck, and spa bath; two queen rooms and a downstairs California king share a second Jacuzzi bath. Satellite TV, stereo, and the upstairs sitting room/office give non-beach hours a front-row seat to the wave crash onto Black Point.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Three bedrooms — king primary, two queens, plus a downstairs California king — sleep 6.
