Priscilla was the best property manager, going out of her way to walk me around the property and let me check in early ahead of my family arriving. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and pots/pans, plenty of beach chairs, the outdoor bbq area was easy to use, the laundry room was clean and reasonable. Very comfortable unit.

We love Carpentaria, and this property was perfect. Such a cozy condo, and it had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Very quiet and safe. You can walk to everything. It was also nice to have a gated parking lot and not have to search for street parking. The host was super responsive and made sure our Sunday check-in went smoothly. Cannot wait to go back!!
