Enjoy lake life from this charming 3-bedroom house just a few minutes from the Clemson campus.

Inside, guests find a king bed in the master on main, a queen bed downstairs along with two sturdy bunk beds in another bedroom across the hall. While rarely used, the sunken den sofa pulls out into another bed.

Get ready in the spacious master bathroom. The half bath is just off the main sitting area, convenient for all guests. Downstairs is another full bathroom to serve the two ground level bedrooms.

A large sunken den is the perfect place to gather with friends and family. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or gathering for a movie night, this excellent home provides a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Get on the water with three kayaks or the paddle boat or just hang out on the dock.

Our stay was great! The home is spacious and comfortable with multiple sitting areas, both inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked. There are several games, including a ping pong table for entertainment. The house is located on a small cove with no worry about loud jet skis or boats so you could sit on the dock and enjoy the peace and quiet. It feels secluded but is actually close to Clemson and Seneca. We can't wait to stay here again.

This was a super spacious house with very comfy beds & nice comfy furniture. Everyone slept great. A/C & fans worked great. The dock & kayaks, even with the water so low, was a ton of fun & we even rented a houseboat--though the motor would not tilt, so a little nervous about being stuck in the mud. The ping pong was great & if you wanted tv, they had em! Only 1 puzzle, no games or books besides toddler sized connect four & tic-tac-toe. The owner was amazing at communication & providing info! The only things that didn't make it perfect: the towels in the master-one was stained & they seemed kinda tired, like ready for the garage. The kids' bath had much nicer towels. There were like 2 kitchen garbage bags, which I did not feel like I needed to provide a new box, so we started using grocery bags. There were no kleenex in any bathroom. And a lamp needed a light bulb. There was no cleaning spray for the counters that I could find, and there were ants (which was more likely from weather stripping on balcony door needing replacing), so I had to run out & buy quite a few things that seemed like should be available for a week stay.Having said that, I know it's tough for owners to keep some basics stocked especially if a visitor goes nutso using supplies, but tissues & something to clean counters seem like standard things. There was plenty of dishwashing pods but barely any laundry soap. I did 1 load of laundry.Easy but many turns drive to Clemson or Seneca.

I regret that you didn't have what you expected to make it great stay. I want to provide the very best stay for my guests and will be making some changes based on this review. I provide a starter set of consumables so that guests don't have to run out and purchase these right away; I will be adding tissues to this list. Laundry detergent/softener items are provided and should be enough for several washes. I am sorry if this was missed for you. I try to keep spare light bulbs in the upstairs closet but they sometimes disappear. I offered to bring you over a bulb and install it. Best wishes. Thanks for choosing my house.
