Another full bath off the main area and a third bath downstairs under the home for Guest's convenience. Spacious living room area with ample seating and Large Fire TV. Enjoy sunning on the large front Deck with table, chairs and umbrella. Mornings are easy and convenient relaxing on the back screened Patio sipping complimentary Coffee and watching the Ships pass by. On the ground level you will enjoy a Concreted area with Picnic tables, BBQ pits, a sink with hot and cold running water, swing's for the children, an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, a large yard and of course the 3rd bathroom. Conveniently located just 2 blocks from the Pedestrian Beach, Splash Pad, Jetty and Park. The soothing climate control keeps the atmosphere comfortable year-round. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your day, this superb home offers a welcoming retreat. We hope you enjoy what our place and Surfside have to offer. Surfside is a beautiful beach Island with much to offer Visitors. With both the Pedestrian and County beach offering a large area to set up a beautiful beach day. Surf or Jetty fishing for a Visitors preference. Walking distance Park and Splash Pad. (Spash Pad is visible from the back door) Many local Gift Shops, Convenience Store's and Restaurants.

What makes this property unique

This Beach Home is quiet, set back from the road with a large yard. The Concreted area beneath the home provides much needed shade with 3 Picnic Tables for ample seating, dining and relaxing.
