Open kitchen with bar, & loft ceilings. All bedrooms are upstairs. Gated with privacy fencing. 2 kayaks and paddleboard. Bay access across the street. Driveway fits 6 cars. Note: a separate guest house on property may be booked by another party, pool and grounds shared, but fully separate private entrances.
