"Villa Gialla" is located in Fontane Bianche, a sea side resort in Siracusa, famous for its almost white sandy beach and crystal clear sea.

The house stands at the end of a quiet cul de sac in a private complex with guardian. There is a tennis court, footbal ground, open air cinema, a small chapel and a playground for kids. The house has a private garden (completely fenced in) that is about 600 sqm large. Parking space directly at the house. Shopping facilities within walking distance.

The house is comfortably and functionally equipped and furnished.

There are three bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin), two bathrooms (1 en-suite), living/dining room, kitchen, covered verandah, barbecue and a large lawn with stunning sea views.
In front of the property there is a rocky coast, easily accessible, also for kids. In summer there are metal ladders that simplify the access to the water.

Super view of the sea!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is near Siracusa so we were able to enjoy all the sites. Every evening we cooked and enjoyed the view with a glass of wine. Enzo was super responsive and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

An amazing property along the ocean

Enzo was a fabulous host, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The location had an amazing view alongside the ocean. Spacious gorgeous sun room to relax in, as well as a lovely patio. This location was a highlight of our stay in Sicily.

Enjoyable stay

This property is perfect if you're looking for a slow-paced, beach vacation. The house is waterfront and you can hear the waves crashing against the rocks all day. Kitchen is fully stocked and the rooms were clean. Some of the furniture is run down, but they served their purpose. Our host, Enzo, was amazing - he met us at midnight for check in and provided some food essentials. He was also quick to repsond to questions. Syracuse/Ortigia is a 25 mins drive, Noto is 30 mins drive, and the beach is a quick 5 mins away.

Fantastic View

This home is directly on the ocean, not on a beach. The view from the living room/dining room is magnificent and you can spend hours outside in the yard enjoying the view. The host Enzo is amazing!! Whatever you need, he will help take care of it to ensure your stay is enjoyable. This is a private and secure neighborhood and would stay here again and again!

It was in a poor state of repair. Broken bed frame, mould in 2 rooms, handle of on window just lying on bed, rusty bbq with hole in it.

Wonderful host and house

We had a wonderful stay here. To start, Enzo was a fantastic host, meeting us at 2:30am to check us in due to a delayed flight. He even bought us some basic groceries - milk, cereal, cheese, pasta etc. Upon check out, he was very flexible with timing as well. The house is fully equipped for a family stay - plenty of towels, beach umbrellas, and basics in the kitchen, which is always a nice touch. Air conditioning in every room plus a wonderful sitting room which opens up to the sea. The enclosed garden was a perfect playground for the kids when we were home. I would definitely recommend.

House with a view

It was an easy drive in our rental car to Fontane Blanche from Taormina. Enzo was waiting for us and handed over the keys and a fob for the gate at the entrance. He gave us all the instructions we needed for our 11 day stay in March 2024. He made us feel very welcome and supplied a small stock of food, water and a bottle of wine so we didn’t have to find a grocery store until the next day. The view of the sea was superb from the house that had wide windows that opened up completely, it was lovely to eat our breakfast at the table while watching the little fishing boats. We enjoyed lounging in the sun in the little grassy yard. After the sun went down the house got chilly and we needed to use the heater in the main room and the bedroom. Although we could tell that the house had been cleaned prior to our arrival, there were a few things that need to be changed out and updated. There were dirty spots on the curtains and some moldy spots in the bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and did several day trips to the nearby towns of Noto, Ragusa, Modica and Marzamemi. It should be noted that this is a beach town and many places were not open in March. I’m sure this would be a very busy spot during the summer months.

Nach 6 Jahren waren wir endlich wieder in Sizilien und in diesem schönen Anwesen.Die Lage ist einfach toll. Man hört das Meer rauschen. Wenn schönes Wetter ist, dann kann man sich wunderbar im Garten und auf der Terrasse entspannen. Das Haus ist für eine Familie gut geeignet. Das Haus braucht dringend ein wenig Liebe, um es auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen. Die Hausverwaltung ist einfach top. Super nette Kommunikation. Man fühlt sich sehr gut umsorgt.

urlaubsfeeling pur mit traumhafte lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Alles war da was wir gebraucht haben. Und wenn nicht dann hat Enzo es für uns geregelt. Das Haus und Einrichtung ist nicht mehr modern und wirkt etwas kalt, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus direkt am Felsstrand

Wir als Familie hatten ein sehr entspannten Urlaub. Das Wetter war sehr angenehm warm im April. Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Garten und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir waren am nahgelegenem Sandstrand in Fontane Bianche sogar Schwimmen. Die kleine Stadt hat eine sehr schöne Strandzeile mit Felsküste. Unsere Vermieter Enzo war sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Leider war das Internet sehr instabil. Unsere Kinder hatten damit zu kämpfen gehabt. Trotzdem aber empfehlen wir das Ferienhaus vorallem wegen der ruhigen Lage /und zum Strand sehr. Vielen Dank an Dir Enzo! Grüße aus dem Norden.

Ein Traum am Meer

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem tollen Haus am Meer. Der uneingeschränkte Meerblick, der wunderschöne Garten und das großzügige Wohnzimmer haben den Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Auch die Ausstattung, inkl. Grill, Waschmaschine, viele Töpfe und Pfannen sowie ausreichend Liegen ließ keine Wünsche offen. An den Felsen kann man prima schnorcheln. Ein großes Dankeschön noch an den super Verwalter! Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt!

Wunderbar

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderbaren Häuschen direkt am Meer sehr genossen, und kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder. Alles war perfekt organisiert. Die Buchung, Check in, alles verlief reibungslos, kurzum eine perfekte Urlaubswoche in Sizilien. Vielen Dank für alles.

Traumhafte Villa

Sehr süße Villa direkt am Meer. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Garten ist perfekt für Kids da komplett abgeschlossen. Der Vermieter hatte sogar für uns eingekauft und alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Haus ist nur etwas kleiner als es auf den Bildern scheint. Wir würden aber sofort wieder kommen!

Das Haus inclusive. Garten direkt am Meer war für uns und unsere Enkel hervorragend geeignet. War alles vorhanden, was man so im Urlaub benötigt. Die Betreuung durch Vincenzo war super. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
