South Padre Island is accessible by car via the Queen Isabella Causeway from the mainland city of Brownsville. The nearest major airport is Valley International Airport in Harlingen, about 45 minutes away. South Padre Island has a free seasonal shuttle called The Wave that runs along Padre Boulevard during peak season. Uber and Lyft are available on the island. Most attractions, restaurants, and beaches are easily reached by car along Padre Boulevard, the main north-south road. A car is recommended for the most flexibility during your stay.

The minimum age to rent this property is 28 years old. This is NOT a spring break friendly property per HOA rules.

No smoking is allowed inside the condo.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

Check-in is available after 4:00 PM. Checkout is before 11:00 AM. Self check-in is available 24 hours a day via a keypad, so late arrivals are no problem.

This is a small, intimate 14-unit building — one of the closest beachfront buildings to the ocean on South Padre Island. The quiet atmosphere and covered parking make it a standout choice for couples or small families.

Carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are installed in the condo for your safety.
