The holiday apartment Puerto Chico X in Playa Blanca is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 85 mĀ² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (5G fibre-optic connection, providing excellent coverage and reliability. Suitable for video conferencing and work-related activity), a washing machine, satellite and cable TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a barbecue which invites you to enjoy meals together with your loved ones. A table with chairs as well as sun loungers are also at your disposal. Furthermore, the property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a heated pool and a garden.

Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available.

For guests staying longer than one week there will be a full clean with sheet and towel change halfway through your stay. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival.

First stay in Playa Blanca

We have been to Lanzarote on numerous holidays in the past but this was the first stay in Playa Blanca. Puerto Chico is in a great location for bars, restaurants, shops and beaches. The complex is immaculate and well-maintained, it is also one of the most secure properties without feeling you are in a "compound". This property is front-line with a sea-view at the end of the patio/garden. There is also a large Spar supermarket just across the road for fresh bread, water and all other essentials at reasonable prices. The lady I dealt with in the UK office before our departure was extremely helpful and we were able to have an early check-in as we were leaving Costa Teguise at 11am and a late check-out as our flight was 8pm. A relaxing stay with some excellent restaurants within a short walk. Would recommend.
