The Space:

Sunlight filters through the living room windows as you ease into the day, coffee in hand, before stepping out to the private patio. Mornings move at your pace here - planning a visit to nearby Orlando attractions or enjoying a quiet start before heading out. By evening, the rhythm shifts to shared meals, relaxed conversations, and movie nights after a full day of exploring.



The space

Set within Regal Palms Resort in Davenport, this entire townhouse comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 3.5 baths. The layout balances togetherness and privacy, making it easy for families or groups to settle in. The downstairs hidden bedroom features a queen-sized Murphy bed, while upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed. Two themed bedrooms add a playful touch, with one including a twin (pull out to queen) and the other featuring two bunk beds inspired by Princess and Cars motifs.



Living space & kitchen

The open living area invites everyone to gather, whether you’re unwinding in front of the TV or enjoying a quiet moment with a book. A dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to stay connected if needed. The kitchen provides a space where guests can cook their own meals, complemented by a dining area and breakfast nook for everything from quick mornings to relaxed dinners.



Resort amenities

Just steps away, the resort’s pool area brings a lively energy with its lazy river, slide, and water play features. An indoor playground offers additional space for younger guests to explore, while the gym supports your daily routine. When it’s time to eat, the on-site restaurant, bar, and ice-cream shop provide convenient options without leaving the grounds.

A small private patio with seating offers a quiet place to start or end the day. The townhouse includes a private entrance and free parking on premises, along with self check-in using a smart lock for a smooth arrival.

Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable throughout your stay. A washer and dryer, along with essentials, help you settle in with ease, whether you’re visiting for a few days or planning a longer stay. Long term stays allowed adds flexibility for extended visits.

Positioned within easy reach of Disney World and other Orlando attractions, the home also offers convenient access to I-4 and I-192 for getting around the region. Orlando International Airport is about a 40-minute drive, making arrivals and departures straightforward. Nearby, Highlands Reserve Golf Club adds another option for a day out close to home.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities.

This Orlando Florida Community is the perfect environment for guests looking for Orlando vacations with a home away from home feel, combining a wide array of activities and relaxing amenities. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
