A marvelous living room with a cozy sofa bed offers extra space to relax or accommodate additional guests. Climate control keeps the atmosphere pleasant year-round. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or gathering for a meal, this delightful condo provides a perfect home base. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

The condo is well equipped with 3 flatscreen TVs 32,55,65, two desks for work space, a granite counter with bar stools,a dining table with 6 chairs, and a queen sofa in the upstairs living room.

Everything you could ask for within walking distance, the iconic Hampton Beach Casino, sea shell stage, playground, an array of bars and restaurants, one block from the beach.

Hampton Beach is located between Newburyport MA and Portsmouth NH. Both cities are outstanding coastal towns to explore.

I'm looking for 7 days in the summer Sat to Sat. Most of the year I'm looking for 3 nights but could allow two depending on the situation. September thru May are open too monthly short term rentals. I will allow early check in and late check out if possible. Thanks for checking out my property. I hope to accommodate you sometime soon.

We just wrapped up an amazing stay at this property and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this is one of the best spots on the strip — if not the best. The location is unbeatable: super walkable to everything you need, whether you’re heading to restaurants, shops, or the beach.The house itself was immaculate — spotlessly clean from top to bottom. Everything was exactly as advertised (and honestly better). The AC was ice cold and fans threw out the whole place. We especially appreciated the thoughtful perks: fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and all the little essentials that usually run out or get forgotten. It made settling in effortless.The two reserved parking spots were a huge bonus — parking in the Hamptons can be a nightmare, so having guaranteed spaces right there was such a relief.If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well-equipped place in a prime location, book this one without hesitation. We’d return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone!Thank you to the hosts for such a wonderful stay!
