The condo is well equipped with 3 flatscreen TVs 32,55,65, two desks for work space, a granite counter with bar stools,a dining table with 6 chairs, and a queen sofa in the upstairs living room.

Everything you could ask for within walking distance, the iconic Hampton Beach Casino, sea shell stage, playground, an array of bars and restaurants, one block from the beach.

Hampton Beach is located between Newburyport MA and Portsmouth NH. Both cities are outstanding coastal towns to explore.

I'm looking for 7 days in the summer Sat to Sat. Most of the year I'm looking for 3 nights but could allow two depending on the situation. September thru May are open too monthly short term rentals.
