Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausreichend, der Balkon mit Markise bietet eindeutig das große Plus. Kochausstattung hätte etwas umfangreicher sein dürfen. Supplies wie Toilettenpapier oder Tabs für Spuelmaschine waren leider nur minimalistisch vorhanden, Handseife u Duschgel garnicht. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Wohnkomplex, fleißig bellender Nachbarshund zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit muss man somit leider in Kauf nehmen. Tiefgaragenstellplatz war ebenfalls ein Plus. Während der Hitzewelle Mitte August wäre eine Klimaanlage sehr hilfreich gewesen… Ansonsten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Als Basisausstattung für die ersten Tagen lässt Petri normalerweise Handseife, Toilettenpapier und Spültabs in der Wohnung. Diese reicht natürlich nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt und müssen bei Bedarf nachgekauft werden. Der Platz in der Küche ist begrenzt und entsprechend auch die Ausstattung… Konkrete Anregungen nehme ich sehr gerne entgegen. Dass ein Hund in der Nachbarschaft bellt, lässt sich leider nicht ändern. Es ist natürlich bedauerlich wenn es ständig zu hören ist. Allerdings habe ich diese Erfahrung - Dauer Gebell- bei längeren Aufenthalten bisher nicht gemacht. Es tut mir sehr leid, dass es Sie so sehr gestört hat. Es freut mich, dass Sie trotz alledem Ihren Aufenthalt genossen haben.

Prima Aufenthalt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten

Ich habe die Wohnung bezogen für ein zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in einer Sprachschule in Coníl. Die Wohnung ist super geräumig, ruhig und gemütlich und ich hatte eine sehr gute Zeit. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für den normalen Alltag so braucht.Die Kommunikation war einfach und zuverlässig. Prima, der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz unten im Haus.Ich war rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank an Carmen und Petri.

Schöner Urlaub unter Spaniern

Schöne kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Wohnlage von Conil. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht mit einem schönen Balkon, auf dem man schon morgens in der Sonne frühstücken kann. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wundervoll

Wir waren 14 Tage in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist klein aber fein. Für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Der Stellplatz für das Auto war mega praktisch, da es in den engen Straßen schwierig sein kann einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage, was uns aber im September nicht gestört hat. Wir hatten einen grandiosen Urlaub und empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter.

wie ein Zuhause in Conil

ich hatte eine tolle Zeit. die Ausstattung ist modern und mit allem eingerichtet, was ich brauchte. Das WLAN ist ausreichend um dort Homeoffice inkl. Videokonferenzen zu machen. einziger kleiner Haken, der Nachbarshund, der scheinbar immear in der Wohnung/auf dem Balkon ist und dauernd bellt. Aber vielleicht war der ja auch nur temporär in Conil. Alles in allem zu empfehlen!
