Step out of this newly renovated charming condo directly across from the heated pool. Turn right and walk 200 feet to the” best beach in the country”. The condo has an outdoor seating area for enjoying the beautiful warm days and evenings. Inside offers expansive living and dining areas during the day and cozy sleeping quarters at night. 300 feet of private Gulf beach includes chairs and lounges and shaded beach sheds. The resort property offers 2 heated pools, tennis courts and paddleball nets, basketball nets, 4 shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grills, a community room and library. On site laundry facilities are available. Consider this condo your home away from home while you visit Siesta Key and Sarasota. This cozy space offers 2 people all the room needed to enjoy a truly relaxing vacation at the beach.
