Beautiful House for 6-7 People in La Vigía
This charming house is located in La Vigía, in a very peaceful area with stunning views from both the pool and the terrace. Spacious and filled with natural light, this home is carefully decorated with unique details that make it truly special. The living room and one of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
GROUND FLOOR

On this floor, you will find a spacious and bright living-dining room with large windows and a glass door that provides direct access to the pool. From the sofa, you can watch the little ones play in the water. The living area includes a flat-screen TV (with Spanish and international satellite channels), comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a dining table. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are also available.
Connected to the living room is the open-plan American-style kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
This floor also has:
A bedroom with two single beds (one 90 cm and the other 105 cm).
A spacious and modern bathroom with a shower.

FIRST FLOOR

On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with a 150 cm double bed. This bedroom has access to a spacious walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, it features an extra TV.
There is also another bedroom with a 135 cm double bed and an additional 90 cm single bed. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and is equipped with heating (hot/cold).
Both bedrooms on the first floor have glass doors leading directly to a large terrace, offering breathtaking views over the fields of Conil (you can even see Cádiz in the distance). This terrace connects both bedrooms and can also be accessed via stairs from the main entrance of the house.
OUTDOOR AREA

The exterior of Casa Armonía has a special charm, featuring a beautiful 7.80 x 3.80m pool with a depth of 1.45m, surrounded by lush plants. Next to the pool, you’ll find sun loungers and a lovely chill-out area, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Please note that the pool does not have a fence. The garden includes natural grass and a variety of plants.
Behind the pool, there is a covered barbecue area, and next to it, on the covered porch, there is a large table with benches, providing ample space for the whole family.
Additional outdoor amenities include:
A shower with hot and cold water.
A toilet with a washbasin.
A washer and dryer.
The property is fully fenced and offers enough space to park up to four cars securely. The location is ideal for families, as it is a quiet area, and by car, you can reach Conil's town center and its beautiful sandy beaches in just a few minutes.
