This rental is great for large families. The bedrooms are big & each one has an ensuite bathroom. The family room was big and had a lot of seating. The dining room table is very large. Our favorite part was the LOCATION & the huge balcony overlooking the boardwalk and the ocean. We have been going to OCMD since we were teenagers, we are now married 32 years with 4 grown children and 1 grandson. This is the BEST rental we have had in 40 years of going to OCMD. We had one issue with parking when we arrived. Someone parked in our designated parking space. I called the rental management company, they were zero help. They suggested I park in someone else's spot, and leave a note saying "that someone parked in my spot". It was a ridiculous suggestion. Not a reflection of the rental owners at all. But we had to pay for parking on the street until the car moved. Regardless, we LOVE this condo, the location and inside amenities. Also, I chose this rental because it has a pool. However, it seemed to be more of a seagull bird bath. The seagulls were always in the water or pooping on the pool deck and chairs. I guess that's difficult to avoid if no one is onsite to manage it. So we never got to use the pool. But we still enjoyed our stay. Staying here was great because there were a lot of good dining options within walking distance. We loved walking the boards each night and going down to the Ferris Wheel, beach access and people watching. 10/10 Highly recommend!
