This is a place for memorable summer vacations, offering all sorts of games and an incredible amount of living space inside and out. This expanded Cape Cod home is enviably situated on a quiet, dead-end street, on a grassy piece of property lined with mature trees. You can walk to the Cape Cod Children's Museum, ride bikes to Mashpee Commons and South Cape Beach State Park, and take easy day trips out to Martha's Vineyard or along the Shining Sea Bikeway. When you do hit the beach, you'll have beach chairs, a Sport-Brella, body boards, dune spoons, other gear for your use. One of the special features of this home is the entertainment that it provides for guests of all ages. The enormous backyard features a kids' ropes course with a swing, a patio with a gas grill, a firepit for evening s'mores, and equipment for lawn games such as wiffle ball, soccer, and lawn darts. For your daily excursions, you'll have two adult-size bikes, one child-size bike, and four inflatable kayaks (two tandem, two individual). The recreation theme continues indoors, where you'll find multiple living areas to spread out and relax. At the heart of the house is an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances; it leads into an expansive dining and living room with a smart TV and a second family room with another smart TV and a coffee bar and beverage station. After an evening spent playing Wii Sports, Mario Kart, Legos, and board games, choose between five comfortable sleeping spaces. There are two bedrooms - including a primary suite with its own bathroom, den, smart TV, and desk workspace - on the ground floor, and two more bedrooms upstairs. One of the upstairs bedrooms leads into a carpeted playroom that doubles as a fifth sleeping space, offering a ring toss and a mini basketball hoop for the kids. A Fabulous Cape Cod Vacation Spot
The huge home is beautiful and spotless. It has all the amenities you would want. It also has a fire pit and gas grill. It’s also on a very quiet dead end street. It’s just a few minutes away from the Mashpee Commons, Popponesset and the beach. I will definitely book this home again next year!

Beautiful
The house itself is so large, spacious, and beautiful. The rooms were lovely and clean. We had all the essentials necessary for a nice beach day (chairs, umbrella, boogie board). Coffee was also provided which is always a plus!

Perfect Place for Us
We had a group of 8 adults staying for 3 nights and from the moment we walked in we knew this was the place for us. There was plenty of room to spread out including the awesome backyard and firepit. We golfed at nearby courses during the day, cooked in (grilling) each night and watched football YouTube TV. It's a great location on a quiet street.

Wedding Weekend
The house was spacious, immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Everyone loved the lay out and the backyard is great . We were there for a wedding that several of us participated in. Plenty of bathrooms and space for everyone to get ready. The location was central to everywhere we had to be.

Weekend Getaway
This vacation spot made for a perfect weekend getaway. There was plenty of room to enjoy quiet time and space for gathering as a family for board games and movie night. We had everything we needed for family meals including plenty of seating and kitchen essentials. Enjoyed nearby biking, playground, restaurants. So much to see and do we couldn't fit it into one weekend. Can't wait to visit again!

Great rental for family vacation!
I've vacationed down the Cape since I was little, and now continue vacationing every summer with my husband and kids. We also vacation with 2 other family friends every summer. This house was honestly perfect. The outside is very deceiving. You would never expect it to be so spacious and roomy, but once you are inside it's very nice. Extremely clean, bedding/towels are provided and even little shampoos/soaps. There is plenty of space for kids to lounge/hang out together and plenty of rooms/beds for sleeping. I would highly recommend for a family or big group of friends. Lots of fun. Around a mile or so to Mashpee Commons/Stop and Shop. We went to Craigville Beach during our stay, which was around a 22 minute drive. Well worth it. Looking forward to renting again!!!
What a beautiful and cozy home. We arrived late at night so we didn’t “find” the other half of the house until the next morning. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax and then also to have space and also to gather, talk, play and watch tv.
The house is lovely, stocked with all the necessities, and plenty of things for kids and teens to do. We took full advantage of the large back yard, including the hammock and fire pit. We utilized a lot of the gear in the shed (balls, whiffle ball and bat, outdoor game) as well as the kids books, cars, blocks, etc.
We were sad it rained most of our stay bc we wanted to spend more time in the yard and heading to the beach, but just gives us a reason to come back. The Mashpee commons are close by with lots of food and shopping options.
My family and friends that stayed with us all commented on what a great house it was. We will find a way and a reason to come back!
