What a perfect little spot to stay for two nights in the Acadia area. Loved the accommodations and communications from the host.Getting in and out was a breeze. Being above The Colonels was also a highlight getting to enjoy some of the best donuts ever. Would definitely recommend if you want to enjoy the quieter area of MDI.

Lovely peaceful rental
Perfect location for a longer stay - it was quiet but still had the accessible bakery and restaurant right downstairs. The apartment was clean, WiFi worked great, would definitely stay here again!

Good accommodations
The location was quite convenient, far enough away from the madhouse of bar harbor. The bakery below was quite wonderful.
Beautiful stay and great location. Having the Bakery, Bar and Restaurant on the street level was very handy after a long day of sight seeing. Having the washer and dryer available on the same floor was also very handy

Clean, quiet and comfortable
Everything about this place was great. The location was awesome--quieter than Bar Harbor but easy access to Acadia (including the "quiet side"). The suite was clean and well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

Northeast Harbor
The location is great. It was very quiet - not even sure anyone else was there. We were notified when the unit was ready which allowed for an early check in. Washer and dryer along with detergent available with quarters.
Stayed at the property for 2 nights. Location was great. We loved having the restaurant/deli below us - we had a great meal the first night we rolled into town! The location was very peaceful and quiet. We had very easy access to Acadia during our stay. Would definitely come back!
This was a great location for Acadia and nearby towns. It was very clean.
Only 4 stars because of hard pillows, no toaster, and bathroom not totally clean upon arrival.

Cosy and convenient
It’s nice and in a quiet location. For a family of 3 or 4 it serves well. Like the fact that it’s 20 minutes away from the famous Acadia NP. The drive is scenic.

Amazing experience
This property was in the perfect location to the national park. Very close to restaurants and park entrances/ attractions. This property is located above an amazing restaurant which we frequented. We loved getting coffee and the amazing pastries at colonial's every morning before our hikes! The property was very clean when we arrived. The laundry on site was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Perfect location close to shops, restaurants and the national park. Very clean and easy to access. Located above an amazing restaurant (colonel’s) which we frequented after long days of hiking/ exploring the park. On-site laundry was an added bonus. The kids loved the fresh pastries and the adults loved the coffee from colonel’s before long days at the NP. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks!
Everything was just as advertised. The only thing I really missed was having an ice machine with the mini fridge. Would book again. Location was perfect for Acadia access to stay away from the Bar Harbor crowd.
First time we visited the Island in April. Great to beat the crowds.
The property was just as described; Simple but clean and roomy.
The King Bed was very comfortable, and the heating system was
excellent, including the bathroom, especially important for the chilly April weather. Thanks for the heated floors!

Great location. Parking is literally in front, need to ignore signs regarding two hour limit. Close to Acadia. Clean, quiet. Would have been nice to have information in room specifically regarding use of electronic lock vs key, and expected clean up after use.
We had a wonderful stay here for our first visit to Maine! The Northeast Harbor quiet side of the island was better than I imagined! The property was super clean, which I appreciated. it was a 20min drive to Acadia. Before hiking, we had breakfast downstairs at the Colonel’s Restaurant & Bakery which was delicious! The place has a Keurig coffee maker which was nice, so we picked up some K cups in Bar Harbor. The Nor’Easter Restaurant was less than a 5min walk and we had a delicious dinner!! Would definitely recommend!
This was our 3rd trip to Acadia, and the first with no kids. The unit was the perfect size for the two I’d us. It was extreme,h convenient having the restaurant on the first floor. There were several nights we didn’t have the energy to go anywhere. The only issue was that the fire alarm went off three mornings. Only for about 10-15 seconds, but that was long enough! My husband thought it had something to do with the ceiling fan in the living room. We turned it off and didn’t have any more issues. Other than that, everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.
