This pet-friendly, accessible Charlevoix studio boasts one delightful bedroom and a superb bathroom. Located midway between the Castle and downtown Charlevoix. One free parking space in driveway. Desk provides a personal working space.

The studio offers a brilliant blend of comfort and simplicity, perfect for guests seeking a cozy retreat. Whether relaxing after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning, this studio provides a welcoming atmosphere. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our studio.

Kitchenette contains microwave, mini fridge, toaster, and coffee station. Couch folds out into a double bed. In the back yard, we have a fire pit and glider that are available for your use upon request.

Pet sitting may be available in fenced in backyard for additional fee.

This was a charming, cozy small apartment! The hosts were easy to communicate and thought of all the small details to make the home homey and welcoming. The location was quiet but close to everything. We enjoyed it a lot and would return!

Avid travelers and dog-lovers, Craig and I settled up here a few summers ago. Our Aussie Shepherd puppy Molly and her much older "sister" Gretta (a Chiweenie) will greet you from the deck as you pull in the driveway and make your way to the studio. We enjoy delighting our guests (Heidi is a great baker, and Craig knows all about the local parks).

Why they chose this property

Craig's family owns 42 acres of woods in the next town (East Jordan), but we bought this one-level, accessible home in Charlevoix to be near our kids -- Chris, 26, and Sarah, 24. The neighborhood is quiet, but there's always something going on in town!

What makes this property unique

The apartment isn't big, but we have carefully curated the space so it is as comfortable and homey as possible. We always leave little treats -- and have a comfy pillow topper for the pull-out, if you need two beds (be sure to let us know in advance so we can have it made up for you). Please also be sure to mention any allergies, to help us plan your treat basket!

We recently added a fire pit -- several guests asked if they could have fires, and we thought this adds a nice touch. We are about a mile from both Castle Farms and downtown Charlevoix -- nice and quiet, but close to all the fun!
