My family and friends booked this property to celebrate a 50th birthday, and it was perfect for the occasion. It fit 10 of us very comfortably and the home had a great configuration for couples and kids. At 50 years old, we all appreciated how comfortable the beds were and the convenience of having 2 refrigerators to feed all of us. Check in and out was super easy and communication with the host was perfect. Cameron dropped off some missing ping-pong balls the day we arrived, and even graciously helped ship back some items we had left behind by accident.We spent a day paddling on the Broad River and 2 nights enjoying Athens. The location of this property was ideal. A very easy and inexpensive 10 minute ride-share to Athens, The Broad River access was about 40 minutes away. It was really a great jumping off spot to a lot of the area if we had more time.All of our guests enjoyed the weekend so much, we need someone else to have a special birthday so we can come back.Many thanks to Cameron for a great experience.
