Modern townhouse with shared pool very close to the beach Casa de Arima is a newly build terraced house in an urbanisation with communal pool (open from easter to mid October) in a fantastic location. The house is modern and tastefully furnished. On the ground floor there is a luminous and generous living space with a sofa and an open plan dining area and kitchen . It has access to a terrace/garden of 35m2 with a dinig table and sun loungers that can be protected with an automatic awning. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dish washer and a washing machine.
There is also a small shower room on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms: The master bedroom has a double bed, bathroom ensuite y un balcón. The other two bedrooms (one double, one with two individual beds) share another bathroom. All bedrooms and the living area have air conditioning to cool the house in summer and warm it in winter, so the house is comfortable all year round. There is internet by optical fibre which is fast and reliable.
Casa de Arima is located in a quite new development of terraced houses with a large communal pool (19x9m - open from Easter to mid October) and a small playground. There is private parking for one car close to the house.
The beautiful beach "La Fontanilla" with its fantastic restaurants is just a short stroll away and the in summer lively center of Conil is also only a 15min walk away.
