It was a wonderful weekend..... ideal spot, watched the sunset on the back porch and watched the sunrise in the front across the street.... so beautiful

Great vacation spot. Right across from beach with plenty of parking. My family goes each year and we rent both sides for the week. Great restraints near by! Lobster Cove, Robert’s, Golden Rod……

Affordable Oceanview

Clean, convenient and affordable vacation. Quick walk across the street for the beach. Shopping just a short drive away. We enjoyed a lovely week here.

Wonderful location

This was an incredible bang for your buck! Awesome location, across the street from the beach. Nothing’s better than waking up to the sound of the waves! The furniture was well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. I would ahave given 5 stars, if not for having to wash everything we used. The pans were still a bit greasy and there was food residue on the roasting pan. Otherwise I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay. The accommodations were very nice. Provided everything we needed. The view of the ocean and the Nubble Lighthouse was beautiful. It was great being feet from the ocean. The booking process, check in and check out were seamless. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for helping make this an excellent vacation.

À deux pas de la plage! Bel appartement tout équipé, propre et parfait pour explorer York et ses environs. Nous avons beaucoup aimé. Nous y retournerons!
