For shared use: with lawn, swimming pool angular (12 x 6 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01. Jan. - 31. Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 2 km, shingle beach "El Montanyar" 50 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, surf school 200 m. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Great location. Very nice apartment.

Loved our stay at this property. Location was super with lovely sea view. No lift but the stairs have good handrails. Interhome Javea was great to deal with as well.

Luxury apartment

Deltamar is a luxurious apartment overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Furniture fitting etc are all of a very high standard. In a very busy area as La Siesta beach bar is just across the road. Easy walking distance to bars & restaurants.

Genomgående bra kvalite - det som skulle finnas fanns och allt fungerade. Lägenheten ligger nära affärer och restauranger. utsikten från balkongen är toppen.

Onze bevindingen.

Prima appartement, voorzien van alle op de site vernoemde apparaturen en spullen, op een zeer goede locatie. We hebben de maand april24 erg genoten van Javea en omgeving. Als we toch een opmerking willen plaatsen is dat het buitenonderhoud van het gebouw wel de nodige aandacht verdient.
