Historically, its geographic location on the beaches of the ally Landings Utah Beach and Sword has made the place famous worldwide. Activities nearby: The beautiful town of Bayeux, famous for its cathedral, porcelain and lace museums and very well-preserved tapestries, is a must for an excursion. Along the river l'Aure, you can follow in the footsteps of the craftsmen who made Bayeux flourish in the Middle Ages. There is a wonderful market here on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Do not miss a visit to the famous Mont-Saint-Michel.
