Situated on a very private 1 acrelot just steps from the common area, boat launch, fishing pier and community beach. Minutes to restaurants, the State Park, marinas and favorites that make lake life soamazing. Large, secure, fenced backyard with beautiful fire pit area.Front and back decks for sunning, lounging or dining plus a screened in porch with TV and electric fireplace. Well appointed kitchen and washer/dryer. There is no dock for the boat so you will need to trailer your boat back to the house after you are done for the day.

If you have a pet, please be sure to collect any presents left in the yard before your departure.
Be sure to leave the Storage Box Key and the Parking Placard on the hooks in the kitchen. There is a $50 Fee if either of these are lost.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
