About this property

Detached old farm house with a beautiful, shady garden

Farm house in idyllic location, isolated and quiet. The house consists of two floors. The rooms described are located on the ground floor of the house, the entrance to the garden. The upper area of the house is not rented and is used by the house owner in summer (separate entrance) in the front part of the house.

A stone grill for a nice barbecue, deck chairs to relax, read or simply enjoy the view of the sea are available in the well-kept garden. Seat directly under the shade of cedar.

The kitchen has a gas stove with an oven, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, pull-out table and chairs.
Living / dining area with sofa, two IKEA armchairs, round extendable table for up to 6 people.
Hand and shower towels and bed linen are provided. Please bring baby bed / beach towels.
Bathroom with bathtub, shower and shower curtain. I-Pad station and WiFi.

Outside parking space just 30m from the house.

5 km to the beach, narrow hiking path to the neighboring villages. Magnificent view of the sea, which you can easily reach in 12 minutes by car. Athletes can also ride the little-used serpentine road through two villages towards the beach on a racing bike / mountain bike. In the village there are supermarkets (Conad, Crai, Doro), a market hall, petrol station, organic farmers, once a week (every Wednesday) non-food market, cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlors, boutiques, newsagents, pharmacy, bank, post office, just everything you need.

On the beach there are boat rentals, beach pools (rental of umbrellas and beach chairs), beach bars to enjoy the sunset with an aperitif. Docking port for boat tours along the Cinque Terre to Porto Venere. Worth seeing!

The apartment is available on the day of arrival from 2 p.m. and by appointment.

A week in Levanto

Beautiful views in a well appointed property very close to Levanto with convenient links to Cinque Terre and the Ligurian coast. Marion was very helpful and friendly in all communications even sharing some of the produce from her vegetable garden. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Unsere Kinder, der Hund und wir haben den Garten ausgiebig genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit Marion, der Gastgeberin, war super unkompliziert, nett und schnell. Sie war zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts mit ihrer Familie im Haus, was aber in keiner Weise störend war, im Gegenteil! Unser Hund hat am ersten Tag ein Möbelstück angebissen: Danke nochmal für die unkomplizierte Regelung!Insgesamt ist das Haus recht einfach gehalten. Die Zimmer sind eher schlicht und funktional eingerichtet. An manchen Stellen ist die Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir haben uns gut damit arrangiert. Die Ausstattung der Küche war recht basal. Wer, wie wir, meist selber kocht, kommt recht schnell an die Grenzen, aber auch das hat gut funktioniert am Ende. Auch neue oder neuwertigere Handtücher wären toll gewesen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Zum einen sieht man vom Haus bzw. Garten aus Levanto und das Meer. Zum anderen sind Levanto mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Die Gegend ist sehr reizvoll und versprüht genau den italienischen Flair, den wir gesucht haben. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Ferienhaus von Marion und Raffaele. Es war alles da was man braucht. Super Tipps für die Umgebung. Toller Garten und bei Hitze sogar ein Ventilator. Wir haben viel zu wenig gesehen und kommen gerne mal wieder…

Levanto est une petite ville agréable avec la gare très pratique pour aller visiter les cinq terres. Sorlana ou se situe le logement domine Levanto et donne une belle vue panoramique .

Wir waren beeindruckt von dem Charme und dem Flair unseres Ferienhäuschens inmitten von Oliven- und Obstbäumen. Marion und Rafaele haben uns herzlich begrüßt und uns mit guten Ratschlägen und kleinen Tipps versorgt. Wir konnten direkt am Haus loswandern und haben die beste Eiscreme in Levanto essen dürfen. Erholsame Ferien mit grandiosem Ausblick

Vom 13-22APR24 Altes Farmhaus...sehr authentische Beschreibung. Wir haben in den letzten drei Tagen auch in der Wohnung gefroren...keine Heizung! Die Zufahrt zum Objekt war ein Abenteuer... Ohne Auto ist man verloren... Für uns, falsche Zeit und falscher Ort! Ligurien ist keine Reise mehr wert...alles ist abgewirtschaftet, die 5 Terrassen sind ausgebrannt, Genua ist nur noch ein Verkehrschaos...dreckig und stinkend! Schade...wird unter Erfahrung abgelegt.

Sonnendurchfluteter Herbst

Wir haben als Familie mit drei Kindern und einem Hund 10 wunderbare Tage über Levanto verbracht. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und konnten uns bei Fragen unkompliziert und leicht an die sehr nette Gastgeberin wenden. Danke, dass wir bei Ihnen die Herbstferien verbringen durften! Traumhaft schöne Aussicht

Wir wollten einen Meer-Urlaub machen und mit dieser Ferienwohnung waren wir mehr als zufrieden. Wenn wir nicht direkt am Meer waren, hatten wir eine herrliche Aussicht aufs Meer und die Berge rundherum. Ein toller Garten in dem unsere kleinen Kinder (4 und 7) viel zu entdecken hatten, z.b.Eidechsen und unsere großen (14 und 13) einfach rumhängen konnten…..auf den Liegestühlen oder wortwörtlich in der Hängeschaukel. Wir sind auf dem Fußweg/Pfad der zum Meer führt nach Montale spaziert. Zum Meer sind wir jedoch mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir haben die App EasyPark installiert und haben sogar an den Wochenenden wo es sehr voll in Levanto und am Meer war einen Parkplatz gefunden. Wir haben die öffentlichen Strände links und rechts am Strand benutzt (uns waren 45€/pro Tag für einen Schirm und zwei Liegestühle zu teuer). Im Umkreis gibt es schöne Ausflugsziele. Wir waren an einem regnerischen Tag in Genova im Acquario Di Genova und an einem Tag sind wir durch die Fußgänger-Tunnel zu dem Strand nach Bonassola gelaufen und haben gigantische Wellen und wunderschönes Wasser erlebt. Wir haben 40 min.gebraucht, haben jedoch immer wieder angehalten um die schöne Felsenküste und die Buchten zu bewundern und Fotos zu machen. Die Gastfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben wertvolle Tipps bekommen, z.b. Ausflugsziele,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Parken,.. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bei Möglichkeit sehr gerne wiederkommen! Familie Ebel

Schönes Haus in den Bergen über Levanto

Wir wurden von den Besitzern sehr nett empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In Wohnung und Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es ist ein altes, liebevoll renoviertes Haus, aber da klemmt auch mal eine Tür und die abgeschlossene Verbindungstür zur Nachbarwohnung klappert im Windzug. Rund um das Haus gibt es einen schönen großen Garten mit Grill und Pizzaofen und einem Tisch unter Bäumen. Auf der Wiese stehen gemütliche Gartenliegen. Der Blick über das Tal zum Meer ist wunderschön. Man kann sich wunderbar ausruhen und erholen, den lauten Grillen zuhören, die Eidechsen beobachten und einfach mal Chillen. Danke an Marion und Raffaele für den schönen Aufenthalt im eurem Haus!

Wunderbar!

Traumhafter Blick und wunderschöner Garen! Wir haben zwei Wochen hier verbracht, mit zwei Töchtern und Hund, und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Meerblick ist herrlich, der Garten wunderschön, und wir durften sogar Gemüse ernten, herrliche Tomaten, Zucchini, Auberginen … vielen Dank an die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber und den lieben Freddy-Hund … wir würden sehr gerne einmal wiederkommen! Sehr angenehme Vermieter - direkt ein sehr vertrautes Verhältnis. Sehr hilfsbereit und gastorientiert. - Wünscheerfüller - Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich mit hohem Aufenthaltswert eingerichtet. Außengelände weitläufig und vielseitig nutzbar. Das Inserat zeigt 1 zu 1 den Istzustand. Wir würden direkt wieder kommen und Pizza backen :-))

Idyllisch, ruhig und unkompliziert

Haus liegt wie beschrieben fern ab vom trubeligen Levanto auf einer Höhe mit herrlichem Blick auf die Stadt. Gastgeber sind sehr nett, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Da wir im August da waren, war dementsprechend viel in Levanto los und die Parkplatzsuche war hin und wieder sehr anstrengend. Aber alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit. Vielen lieben Dank.

Inoubliable! L'Italie comme on l'aime!

Accueil très très chaleureux des propriétaires, hyper sympas et attentionnés. Location de rêve idéalement située proche des cinq terres, au calme dans l'arrière pays. Une vue imprenable sur Levanto, la mer bleue, les montagnes de Ligurie. 15 jours passés en famille, détente baignades et ballades. Quoi de plus?

Tolle Lage, viel Platz

Wir (Eltern mit unseren Söhnen, 18 & 20) haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfreich. Auch ohne Auto klappte alles gut. Wir haben den Platz und die Aussicht vom Garten genossen, gingen zum Strand (Bonassola ist zu empfehlen) und erkundeten Cinque Terre per Zug, Schiff und Wandern.

Fantastisch

Was für ein toller Urlaub! Ganz tolle kommunikative Gastgeber. Tolles Grundstück, ganz besonders für unseren Hund und wir durfen sogar das selbst angebautem Gemüse und Obst mit ernten und essen. Yammi! Tolles neues Badezimmer und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht! Nur zu empfehlen ! Danke nochmal liebe Gastgeber!
