The owner was great from booking all the way to our scheduled day. Communication was above and beyond. The house was very large and easily fit all 12 of us. Most of the time we couldn’t even find each other in the house. Everyone had their own space which was fantastic. The house was clean and well prepared for our stay and the front deck was really nice. Would absolutely recommend this house.

Recently built home that's beautiful with tons of space. We had a group of almost 20 there for a rainy weekend but fortunately we had so much room and the place was so nice that no one was bothered by being stuck inside. I'd definitely recommend it as a perfect house for a large group,

My Family and I stayed at this beautiful house for the weekend and it was Magnificent!! It was even better than pictures! We had a family of 30 people from a 1 year old to 68 years old and it was more than enough space and activities for all ages. The host were phenomenal, they were very attentive and responsive when I called them a few times. The area was perfect directly across the street from the lake! I would Absolutely recommend staying here and My family and I will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed at this massive villa over a long weekend and had a great time. The house is as pictured and perfect for large groups or family gatherings. There’s something for everyone and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the playroom. There’s also plenty of outdoor space and the house is ideally situated near the lake. Even though the house is on the main road, it was still quiet and sufficiently secluded. The host is super responsive and made every effort to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back.

The house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. The rooms were very spacious, and most of the beds were comfortable except for the master bedroom bed. The kitchen, dining, and living room had a great open concept layout, which made it perfect for our group of 20 without ever feeling crowded. We also loved having two refrigerators, and everyone really enjoyed the elevator. Overall, the house was beautifully decorated and very clean, and I would definitely rent it again.A few minor things could use improvement. One bathroom curtain had mold, the outdoor furniture was too dirty to use, and the grill area, especially where the utensils were stored, was very greasy and looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. Aside from those small issues, we had a great stay.

With 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, the house was beautifully appointed and incredibly spacious—more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The property had everything we could possibly need, making our stay seamless and relaxing.The home itself was warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed for both gathering and privacy. Every detail was clearly considered, and the overall comfort exceeded our expectations.The host was exceptional—extremely responsive to any questions and truly attentive. When we had snow flurries overnight, they even came out to make sure the property was properly shoveled, which we greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, chocolates, and a bottle of scotch—such a thoughtful and memorable touch.We highly recommend this property and are already looking forward to returning again next year. An outstanding experience from start to finish.

It was a large spacious house with good parking. Lots of beds, lots of room. Really great kitchen (although it could use more cooking utensils), and really great dining area. If you are a group who likes to cook, not just eat take-out pizza, this is the place for you. Huge cozy couches to hang on, and a really nice game room. Loved the hot tub.

This is an excellent house for family reunions and other large gatherings. We had 3 generations of 23 people ages 6 to 70, and the space is perfectly set up for some to play together, others to relax quietly, and others to cook in the massive kitchen. TWO big fridges, TWO dishwashers, and TWO ovens in a huge open floor plan in the living space, with plenty of privacy in the sleeping areas. This property gave us wonderful time together, with plenty of seating for the whole family to eat together, which matters a lot to us. This is one of few properties on Lake Harmony with adequate parking for a large group. Plenty of turnaround space for our trailer with kayaks, and no jogging parking spaces. Ramsey's communication was exceptional. He was immediately available for any questions. For families concerned about children, this is a great space. There's a large playset in the yard and tons of inside games and amenities. We had a fresh wood delivery from Ramsey and spent a lot of time around the fire pit. No surprise that it's booked all the time, so you're going to have some wall scuffs here and there, but for us that just made it a comfortable place to pop on the couch and be casual together.

We booked this house back in November and were contacted when the property was sold. The new owner honored our reservation dates and price and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay! The house is amazing and accommodated our large group of 15 adults and 14 children very comfortably. Lake Harmony was the perfect midpoint for our travelers coming from distances ranging from Massachusetts to North Carolina, and we thoroughly enjoyed the local hikes and surrounding lakes.Our group is already discussing future trips, and we would love to return to Lake Harmony and this property in the future.

We recently rented the Grande Haven for a 3 night family reunion. The house was clean, well appointed, with plenty of room for our family to spread out. It was fantastic to have such a large kitchen to feed our group! We enjoyed the game room area and used the fire pit one beautiful evening. The host was responsive to any questions we had. Great place to stay- highly recommend!
