I had a wonderful week in this charming apartment during peak season. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The apartment is lovely, well-equipped, air-conditioned, and close to the beach. The pool was perfect for a quick and refreshing dip. I would happily stay here again!

The worst experience of my life!

Unfortunately I have to make a very negative review. It's a shame because the house wasn't bad (although with a very old style). The location is good, in a quiet area. But everything else was really awful! Peter was not a welcoming and helpful host at all. The house is NOT equipped with air conditioning, which in 2023 is quite inconceivable for a property located in Ibiza (it’s really hot in summer!). Never mind the fact that there is no air conditioning. But there wasn't even a fan! 😱 I spent the first night without sleep, the hot was incredible! After the first night I asked the Host if he could kindly get me a fan. He responded by telling me that he didn't equip the house with a fan because he doesn't think it's that hot!😱 After I insisted, starting to get angry, he told me that he would get me a fan by going to get it from his warehouse (Peter is an electrician, he is not a professional host, and it shows!). The incredible thing is that he brought me the fan only the next day, making me spend even the second night with that incredible hot!😰 No attention for the guest, incredible! For this reason I decided to anticipate my return to Italy by one day. Being a host means a completely different behavior, dear Mr. Peter! You ruined my holiday! Ps: Mr.Peter has several houses for rent. It's a kind of Residence. Note the fact that my Germany neighbors had a fan! Why?? Are there maybe “Series A” customers and “Series B” customers? Really deplorable behavior!

Muy buen alojamiento, bien equipado y en una zona muy tranquila y con fácil aparcamiento. El propietario muy amable y siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades.

Hemos tenido una experiencia realmente buena. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de las calas mas bonitas y populares de Ibiza, además de que San Antonio se encuentra a 10 min en moto.La limpieza del piso es excelente y es muy agradable la piscina comunitaria que tiene para un pequeño baño después de un día entre calas.Quiero destacar que Peter fue muy agradable y nos dejó hacer el check in mucho antes de lo previsto, por lo que pudimos aprovechar el primer día al máximo.Repetería sin dudarlo.

Tranquillità e ottimo prezzo

Abbiamo soggiornato io e la mia ragazza qui per 11 notti. La struttura si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, necessaria sicuramente un’auto perché si c’è la fermata del bus vicino ma si è un po’ isolati, la casa molto grande per sole 2 persone, la cucina aveva tutto il necessario, unica pecca il letto un po’ scomodo ma era pulita e aveva tutto il necessario. Peter ci ha accolto molto bene ed era molto disponibile. La consiglio a chi vuole girare le varie spiagge che sono comunque lì in zona ed affittano un’auto, facile il parcheggio proprio davanti alla casa, sicuramente ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La piscina era piccola e profonda più di 2 metri in tutta la sua superficie, non la abbiamo praticamente mai usata
