Started off with great communication, host even got a few kitchen items I had asked about. I was just going to pack them but a few days later I received a message he just went ahead and purchased them. Super thoughtful. Directions were clear. Easy to find. Nice central location. Walked in and everything was clean, all linens are white and smelled good. Kitchen well stocked. All appliances work well and sing to you. Beds were super comfy, trust me I'm picky, at the last vrbo I rented I went out and bought a foam topper because the bed was so bad. Here was perfect. There are extra linens and blankets. The air conditioner worked amazing! We stayed through the 100 plus degree week. That ac kept it so cold in there we were wearing long pants and sweatshirts which we love. Having a dish washer and washer was a huge perk since we stayed 7 days. Had us a little fire to make the kids smores. Only thing that was kind of a bummer/inconvenience was the hot water situation. Not enough to make it less than a 5 star review but still worth mentioning. It has a small hot water tank (water pressure and shower amazing otherwise) and if you all shower at night or all in the morning it is going to take a few hours, especially if you have the max of 8 people. After sunscreen, sweat and bug spray all 4 of us needed to shower nightly. So, if we got back late the small tank definitely made the process longer, even with fast showers. Made me miss my on demand water heater at home.
